I have seen reverse angel fangs done but only one or two times. prob could get spikes on the bottom if you asked v nicely but, you're going. only once healed, bottom could be spikes/cones. the technical name for angel fangs is 'vertical philtrums' / a couple other names 😵‍💫 but the two 'common' ones are angel fangs & vertical philtrums (the healing jewelry would be a curved barbell with two balls. healing has been fine though so far and i think like any piercing they are worth. my piercer was super cool and gave me water and let me take a break after he did the first one. i would say just make sure you have a trustworthy piercer.
